Overview

In data warehousing, you create stores of informational data -- data that is extracted from the operational data and then transformed for end-user decision making. Data warehousing utilizes ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) modules to transform the original operational data for use in transportation system planning, modeling, and real-time operation applications.
